i found myself laughing at this. I'm not sure if it's because i used to hate this stuff as a kid, or because i loved it. I get the feeling from this video your a casual drinker of it, which makes it all that much funnier to me. Excellent job!

Dimetapp...what an interesting video. You have an interesting style to your videos. They appear to be well thought out. You seem to be able to give an innocent twist to your videos, but I can't figure out why. The video makes you appear that you have a bit of a problem with cough syrup.

If you meant to parody Requiem for a Dream, maybe you could find ways to make the reference more blatantly obvious. If it's meant to appear serious, I think your actions could be more deadpan, ritualistic, refined.

Your video touches on the visual irony of approaching a healing agent in a recreational-drug manner.

The videos

I thought about Robitussin because of its association with "Robo-highs." However, Dimetapp has its own mini-puns and the colors/placement of your elements may allude to comments on the pharmaceutical industry, but your completely domestic setting might undermine the video's potential for satire or commentary.

I'm curious about your interest and why you post your videos and how you see them connecting. The raw, unedited footage complements the childlike innocence and realistic, visually honest perspective. The fact that your gsetures are simple, universally reproducible actions evokes (in my view) a wryly humorous jab at nostalgia and childhood identity through everyday objects (the socially ubiquitous role of a coca cola bottle contrsasted with a juicebox).

I think your video style makes it easy to overlook the subtle lyricism in your work, such as the moments in the outdoor Hopkins Hall scene. Then again, this unconcernedly innocuous poetry does portray modes of everyday experience. I'm questioning the role of routine and ritual in your work...
